Dear Veterans Memorial Elementary School Families,
Brick Township Public Schools will be adjusting school times at the Preschool
and Elementary School Level for the 2024-2025 School Year. The school district
worked with a transportation consultant to provide recommendations for
adjustments to the transportation schedule. The adjustments provide for
efficiencies and economies of scale; a cost savings to the district of $240K to
further reduce the negative impact of S2 on the Brick Township Public Schools
Budget. Per the recommendation from the transportation consultant, these
adjustments should alleviate buses needing to double back and reduce the
number of buses running late, especially at the end of the day.
The change for Veterans Elementary School for the 2024-2025 School Year is as
follows:
- Start Time: 8:35 AM
- End Time: 3:00 PM
- Delay Opening: 10:35 AM
- Early Dismissal: 1:00
