Brick Memorials Mustang Marketplace is now open for business! Located in the library, teachers can relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the school day for a while. It is open during fourth block (12:05-1:30) and run by Ms. Aguayo, who is a teacher in the work-based learning program and has been working very hard to make this space as welcoming as possible for the teachers. This is the first year the “Mustang Marketplace” is in full gear, selling items like chips, cookies, coffee, candy, and hot foods like mac-and-cheese and cup-o-noodles. Ms. Aguayo and her “Right-hand man” Danny, serve the mustang staff in-store and delivery via online ordering!
As well as the food and drinks at the marketplace, there are keychains, mini cheer megaphones, pompoms, and a raffle to win a custom-made “M” in a driftwood design. There is also a wall of yearbooks for teachers to take a stroll down memory lane dating back to 1994! The Mustang Marketplace is an exciting thing for teachers and we thank Ms. Aguayo for her hard work and dedication to making it happen!
