The Mustang Players have been working on something incredibly special!  Join them on Monday, November 21st at 7 pm in the Brick Memorial Auditorium for a one-night-only event!  The production is Dear Jack, Dear Louise by Ken Ludwig.

There will be a special opening presentation by the BMHS ROTC.  All proceeds (from the suggested donation of $5) will go toward the Disabled American Veterans Charity Fund.

Dear Jack, Dear Louise was the Helen Hayes Award Winner for Best Play in 2020!

Plot Summary: When two strangers meet by letter during World War II, a love story begins. U.S. Army Captain Jack Ludwig, a military doctor stationed in Oregon, begins writing to Louise Rabiner, an aspiring actress and dancer in New York City, hoping to meet her someday if the war will allow. But as the war continues, it threatens to end their relationship before it even starts.

Two-time Olivier Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig tells the joyous, heart-warming story of his parents’ courtship during World War II, and the results are anything but expected.

Ken Ludwig is one of America’s best-living playwrights, a winner of numerous Tony Awards, and has provided Brick Memorial High School with special permission to be the first high school in the world to perform this play.

Director Jessica O’Brien is “so excited to share this special play with the Brick Memorial audience!”

Remember, this play will be performed for ONE NIGHT!  Be there to take part in this event on Monday, November 21 @ 7 pm.  Admission is free, but a donation of $5 is suggested and all proceeds go toward the DAV Charity Fund!
