The Cat in the Hat dropped by to see Mrs. Genco reading a Dr. Seuss book to the first graders. The Cat also visited the Scholastic Book Fair that was taking place in the Drum Point media center. The visit by this famous feline was just in time to kick-off Drum Point's I Love To Read celebration, which will take place in the month of March. In addition, Read Across America is celebrated nationwide on March 2nd, Dr. Seuss's birthday.
